| The Office of Consumer Credit Regulation in the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation estimates approximately 30 new debt management service providers may be registered as a result of the bill over the next 3 years resulting in additional revenues of approximately $7,500 to $9,000 per year. Any additional costs to the Office of Consumer Credit Regulation in implementing this bill can be absorbed by the office utilizing existing budgetary resources and the additional fee revenue resulting from the bill. | ||||||
