	Any additional costs to the Department of Health and Human Services in implementing this bill are expected to be minor because the Department already makes this information available in printed form upon request.  Sec.2 would result in a potential increase in revenue because it would require the Department identify the costs of making the information available in printed form and charge a new fee to cover these costs.
