	As a result of rebasing MaineCare reimbursement rates for Intermediate Care Facilities for Persons with Mental Retardation (ICFs/MR) under the proposed rules, the Department of Health and Human Services estimates that some facilities would experience minor increases in reimbursement rates while others would experience minor decreases. The net impact on state and federal MaineCare spending is expected to be minor.
