Correctional and Judicial Impact Statements
	New violations will create minor additional costs for the courts. Enforcing failure to wear a seat belt as a primary offense will result in a minor increase in fine revenue to the Judicial Department.
Fiscal Detail and Notes
	The Department of Public Safety will incur minor additional General Fund and Highway Fund costs to enforce seat belt violations as primary offenses.  These costs can be absorbed within existing budgetary resources.
