Fiscal Detail and Notes | ||||||
Requiring the Maine Turnpike Authority and the Department of Transportation to develop a tolling strategy with regards to certain traffic on Interstate 295 may result in increased toll revenue collected by the Maine Turnpike Authority and, if the strategy requires additional tolling areas or road construction activities, increased costs to both the Authority and the Department of Transportation. The net fiscal impact will depend on the tolling strategy that is developed and can not be determined at this time. |
