Joint Order, Carrying Over Matters to Next Special Session

the House concurring, that all matters in the possession of the Legislature, including working papers and drafts in the possession of nonpartisan staff offices and gubernatorial nominations, at the time of adjournment of the Second Regular Session of the 123rd Legislature be held over to the next special session of the 123rd Legislature; and be it further

that any public hearing, work session or other meeting to conduct the business of the Legislature that is scheduled at the time this order is passed is hereby authorized to occur.
