‘Sec. 1. 5 MRSA §12004-D, sub-§1, as enacted by PL 1987, c. 786, §5, is amended to read:

This amendment is the minority report. The amendment provides that the per diem fees for members of the Board of Environmental Protection and the Maine Land Use Regulation Commission remain at the legislative per diem rate.
