Amend the amendment by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.

SUMMARY

This amendment removes from Committee Amendment "A" that section that delays the budget referendum process until the development of school budgets after January 1, 2009 for 2009-2010 school budgets.
