An Act To Prevent Elder Prescription Drug Abuse
Sec. 1. Report. The University of Maine Center on Aging shall report to the Joint Standing Committee on Health and Human Services no later than September 15, 2008 on the results of the center's study funded in section 2 on preventing prescription drug abuse by the elderly and on the center's recommendations for future actions.
Sec. 2. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.
