Resolved: That the Department of Education shall issue rules adopting the Northwest Evaluation Association's assessment system as an approved method of meeting learning results. Rules adopted pursuant to this resolve are major substantive rules pursuant to the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A.
