Amend the bill in section 1 in §8702 by striking out all of subsection 4 and inserting the following:
Amend the bill in section 2 in paragraph A by striking out all of subparagraph (2) and inserting the following:
(2) Three members must represent employers. One member must be chosen from a list provided by a health management coalition in this State. One member must be chosen from a list provided by a statewide chamber of commerce.
Amend the bill by striking all of sections 4 and 8.
Amend the bill by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.

The amendment clarifies that the United States Department of Health and Human Services certifies federally qualified health centers and corrects the name of the Division of Licensing and Regulatory Services within the Department of Health and Human Services. It clarifies that one member of the board must be chosen from a list provided by a statewide chamber of commerce.
