Resolve, To Direct the Bureau of General Services To Develop a Purchasing Pool for Political Subdivisions of the State and School Administrative Units

Sec. 1. Purchasing pool development. Resolved: That the Department of Administrative and Financial Services, through the Bureau of General Services, shall develop a purchasing pool to permit any political subdivision of the State or school administrative unit to make purchases of any motor vehicles used by that political subdivision or school administrative unit by providing a system of central purchasing to secure the best possible price and eliminating duplication of work and research among the political subdivisions and school administrative units.
