Sec. 1. State bridge number 5278 renamed. Resolved: That the Department of Transportation shall designate with appropriate signs and notices state bridge number 5278 on Interstate 95, commonly known as the Staples Point Bridge, as it crosses the Piscataqua River as the Ryan Quirion Guthrie Bridge to honor the memory of Ryan Guthrie, who died in an accident at that site.
