An Act To Reauthorize the Community Preservation Advisory Committee
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 30-A MRSA §4350-A, as enacted by PL 2001, c. 648, §2, is amended to read:
§ 4350-A. Repeal date
This article is repealed June 1, 2008 2016.
