summary
This amendment clarifies the elimination of the current use of permanent registration numbers for snowmobiles. This amendment retains that portion of the bill that repeals language regarding that registration numbers awarded to snowmobiles remain with that particular snowmobile. This amendment also adds an appropriations and allocations section.
