Joint Order, To Amend the Joint Rules Regarding Cloture

the House concurring, that the Joint Rules be amended by amending Joint Rule 202 to read:

Rule 202. Cloture for Legislators at the First Regular Session.

All Except as provided in this Joint Rule, all requests for bills and resolves submitted by Legislators for a first regular session must be submitted in complete form, as provided in Joint Rule 208, to the Revisor of Statutes by 4:00 p.m. on the 3rd Friday in December. For the First Regular Session of the 124th Legislature, requests for bills and resolves submitted by Legislators for the first regular session must be submitted in complete form, as provided in Joint Rules 208, to the Revisor of Statutes by 4:00 p.m. on the 3rd Friday in January.
