Resolve, Directing the Department of Health and Human Services To Provide Printed Informational Handouts on Child Care Guidelines

Sec. 1. Printed information on child care guidelines. Resolved: That the Department of Health and Human Services shall provide to any person upon request a printed copy of the child care information that is available on the department's website, including, but not limited to, guidance for selecting a child care provider; and be it further

Sec. 2. Fee. Resolved: That the Department of Health and Human Services shall identify costs associated with providing a printed copy of the child care information under section 1 and charge persons requesting the printed information a fee to cover those costs.
