Amend the bill by striking out all of section 1 and inserting the following:

This amendment removes the appropriations and allocations section and repeals Public Law 2007, chapter 539, Part LLLL, which reduced positions in the Office of Program Evaluation and Government Accountability, lapsed funds in the accounts of that office to the General Fund and required recommendations regarding changes to the operating procedures of the office.
