Amend the bill in section 5 in subsection 3 in paragraph B in the last line (page 3, line 6 in L.D.) by striking out the following: " requirements." and inserting the following: ' requirements and sufficient funding is available within MaineCare's nursing facility program. The department may seek additional appropriations to fulfill the purposes of this subsection if necessary.'
