SUMMARY

This amendment removes language that requires that the rule that designates state waters that contain Artic Charr as State Heritage Fish Waters be amended to remove from the proposed list Black Lake in Aroostook County, Rainbow Lake in Piscataquis County and Floods Pond in Hancock County but allows final adoption of the rule without hearings.
