Amend the resolve in section 1 in the last line (page 1, line 18 in L.D.) by striking out the following: "authorized." and inserting the following: 'authorized only if the rule is amended to remove Black Lake, T15R9 WELS in Aroostook County and Rainbow Lake, Rainbow Twp in Piscataquis County and Floods Pond, Otis in Hancock County; and be it further'
Amend the resolve by inserting after section 1 the following:

This amendment authorizes the final adoption of the major substantive rule of the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife that designates state waters that contain Artic Charr as State Heritage Fish Waters if Black Lake in Aroostook County, Rainbow Lake in Piscataquis County and Floods Pond in Hancock County are removed from the proposed list. The amendment also allows final adoption of the rule without hearings.
