Amend the amendment on page 3 in subsection 3-A in the 8th line (page 3, line 38 in amendment) by inserting after the following: " records" the following: ' unless the Legislator against whom the complaint is made submits a written request that the complaint and all accompanying materials be made public'

This amendment allows a Legislator against whom a complaint alleging a violation of legislative ethics is made to request that the complaint be made public even if the commission decides not to pursue the complaint.
