An Act To Increase the Per Diem for Members of the Workers' Compensation Board
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 5 MRSA §12004-G, sub-§35, as enacted by PL 1991, c. 885, Pt. A, §5 and affected by §§9 to 11, is amended to read:

Sec. 2. 39-A MRSA §151, sub-§6, as enacted by PL 1991, c. 885, Pt. A, §8 and affected by §§9 to 11, is amended to read:
6. Salary; expenses. A board member is entitled to a per diem of $100 per day $200. Members of the board receive their actual, necessary, cash expenses while on official business of the board.
