Amend the amendment in section 30 in §1803 in subsection 1 in paragraph C in the 2nd line (page 16, line 2 in amendment) by inserting after the following: " inmates." the following: ' For a county that has county jail debt in existence on July 1, 2008, the board shall determine a proportionate share of the county's annual debt service to be included in the boarding rates established for housing inmates in that county.'
