Amend the amendment in Part A, section 16 in ยง2311 in the last line (page 1, line 29 in amendment) by inserting after the following: " section" the following: ' that concern the transportation of public preschool students'

SUMMARY

This amendment makes consistent language contained in the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 20-A and Title 29-A regarding the adoption of rules concerning the transportation of public preschool students.
