‘Sec. 7. Outside funding. Resolved: That the commission shall seek outside funding to fully fund all costs of the commission. If sufficient outside funding has not been received by the commission by October 1, 2008 to fully fund all costs of the commission, no meetings are authorized and no expenses of any kind may be incurred or reimbursed; and be it further’
Amend the resolve in section 2 in subsection 1 in paragraph A in the first line (page 1, line 17 in L.D.) by inserting after the following: "Senate" the following: ', including one member from each of the 2 major political parties'
Amend the resolve in section 2 in subsection 2 in paragraph A in the first line (page 1, line 21 in L.D.) by inserting after the following: "Representatives" the following: ', including one member from each of the 2 major political parties'
Amend the resolve by inserting after section 6 the following:
Amend the resolve in section 7 in the 4th line (page 2, line 14 in L.D.) by striking out the following: "Legislature." and inserting the following: 'Legislature; and be it further'
Amend the resolve by inserting after section 7 the following:
‘Sec. 8. Appropriations and allocations. Resolved: That the following appropriations and allocations are made.
