Amend the bill in the emergency preamble by striking out all of the 5th indented paragraph (page 1, lines 12 to 14 in L.D.) and inserting the following:
Whereas, ‘the Landing School cannot apply for national accreditation by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology, a private independent accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department of Education, until authorized by the Legislature; and’
