Resolve, To Authorize the State To Convey an Unused Parcel of Land in Frenchville to an Abutting Neighbor
Sec. 1. Property interests to be conveyed. Resolved: That the Commissioner of Administrative and Financial Services may by quitclaim deed without covenant convey for appraised fair market value, on such terms and conditions as the commissioner may direct, to an abutting neighbor a certain lot of land in Frenchville, County of Aroostook, State of Maine, and being a part of Lot No. ninety-seven (97), bounded and described as follows, to wit: Beginning at a point eighty-three (83) feet north from the center of Star Barn Road, so-called, and being one hundred twenty-one (121) feet west from the west line of Arthur Bourgoin’s land; thence in a northerly direction one hundred (100) feet to a stake; thence in a westerly direction one hundred (100) feet to a stake; thence in a southerly direction one hundred feet to a stake; thence in an easterly direction one hundred feet to the point of beginning.
Also a right-of-way twenty (20) feet wide leading from said Star Barn Road to the southwest corner of the above conveyed premises.
