This amendment removes agricultural fairs from those eligible to operate slot machines along the Mountain Division rail line. This change clarifies that operators of commercial tracks are eligible to apply for a license to operate slot machines along the Mountain Division rail line whether it be in conjunction with an existing or newly constructed commercial track.
