‘ § 4371. Municipal waiver option
By vote of its municipal officers, a municipality may waive its right to apply the provisions of this subchapter to an application for a land use permit.’

Amend the bill in section 1 in subchapter 3-A by inserting after §4370 the following:
‘ § 4371. Municipal waiver option
By vote of its municipal officers, a municipality may waive its right to apply the provisions of this subchapter to an application for a land use permit.’
