‘Sec. 4. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Employment Security Services 0245

Initiative: Provides funds for one Hearings Officer position, 2 Legal Secretary positions, one Paralegal position, one Assistant Attorney General position and 6 Field Advisor and Examiner positions to support the additional qualifying, tracking, administrative and adjudicating requirements associated with determining that the status of an individual worker, group of workers or job classification is that of an employee or independent contractor.
