This resolve is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.

This resolve would create a task force to study strategies for educating the State’s residents about personal finances, including but not limited to budgeting, savings, credit and identity theft, and to make recommendations to the Legislature on how to improve financial literacy throughout the State.
