Amend the resolve by striking out all of section 9 (page 2, lines 33 to 35 in L.D.)

Amend the resolve by striking out all of section 11 (page 3, lines 5 to 36 and page 4, lines 1 to 6 in L.D.) and inserting the following:

‘Sec. 11. Appropriations and allocations. Resolved: That the following appropriations and allocations are made.

Amend the resolve by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.

SUMMARY

This amendment changes the reporting date to December 5, 2007 and deletes superfluous extension language.

This resolve as amended includes a legislative study that is inconsistent with Joint Rule 353 but is being reported out of committee with prior approval of the Legislative Council as provided in Joint Rule 353.
