Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Maine Community College System - Board of Trustees

Initiative: Provides funding for a new position at Central Maine Community College to employ a full-time counselor and administrator to coordinate course delivery; to work with school districts, applied technology centers and adult education centers to establish courses and recruit and advise students; and to meet with local businesses to meet specific training needs. The funding would also provide for transportation costs, advertising and clerical support.
