Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Initiative: Provides ongoing funds to support 20 school-based health centers in fiscal year 2007-08 and 25 school-based health centers in fiscal year 2008-09 as well as additional funding for planning grants, data evaluation and technical assistance contracts.
