Resolve, Directing the Commissioner of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife To Extend the Coyote Night Hunting Season

Sec. 1. Coyote night hunting season. Resolved: That the Commissioner of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife shall amend its rules relating to the coyote night hunting season so that there will be no closed season for hunting coyote at night. Rules adopted pursuant to this resolve are routine technical rules as defined in the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A.
