Amend the bill by striking out everything after the enacting clause and before the summary and inserting the following:
‘Sec. 1. 22 MRSA §2699, sub-§2, ¶H is enacted to read:
H. Beginning January 1, 2008, a pharmacy benefits manager or insurer shall require a contracted pharmacy to charge to an enrollee or insured person the pharmacy's usual and customary price of filling the prescription or the contracted copayment, whichever is less.’
