Amend the amendment in section 7 in subsection 3 by striking out all of paragraph C (page 4, lines 19 and 20 in amendment) and inserting the following:

Amend the amendment in section 9 in subsection 2-A in paragraph B in the first line (page 5, line 31 in amendment) by striking out the following: " Two and one half" and inserting the following: ' One and one half'

This amendment changes the number of slot machines that may be operated by a federally recognized Indian tribe from 400 to 100.
