CONCEPT DRAFT SUMMARY

This bill is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.

The purpose of this bill is to require that speed limits be clearly posted within 100 feet of a change in speed limit. The bill also proposes to create a definition for "imprudent speed."
