‘Sec. 5. Implementation. The Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Bureau of Revenue Services shall carry out its responsibilities as amended by this Act within existing budgeted resources.’

Amend the amendment by striking out all of section 5 (page 2, lines 15 to 27 in amendment) and inserting the following:
‘Sec. 5. Implementation. The Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Bureau of Revenue Services shall carry out its responsibilities as amended by this Act within existing budgeted resources.’
