Resolve, To Study the Need for and Placement of a Child Care Center in or near the State House Complex
Sec. 1. Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Bureau of Human Resources to study child care center in State House complex. Resolved: That the Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Bureau of Human Resources shall study the need for a child care center in or near the State House Complex for state employees and their dependents. The study must include investigation into the need for a child care center, the cost of the center, the location of the center and the potential number of children who would be cared for in the center; and be it further
Sec. 2. Report. Resolved: That the Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Bureau of Human Resources shall submit a report that includes its findings under section 1 along with any recommended legislation to the Second Regular Session of the 123rd Legislature no later than December 5, 2007. The Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Bureau of Human Resources is authorized to submit legislation related to its report for introduction to the Second Regular Session of the 123rd Legislature.
