An Act To Allow the Transfer of an Antlerless Deer Permit to a Child with a Disability
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §11152, sub-§8 is enacted to read:
8. Transfer of antlerless deer permit to a child with a disability. A person who holds a valid antlerless deer permit may transfer that permit to a child with a physical disability who has successfully completed a hunter safety course acceptable under sections 10108 and 11105. The commissioner shall administer transfers under this subsection.

This bill allows a person who holds a valid antlerless deer permit to transfer that permit to a child with a disability as long as the child has successfully completed a hunter safety course.
