Resolve, To Direct the Department of Environmental Protection To Locate and Remediate a Gasoline Spill Contaminating a Private Well

Sec. 1. Locate and remediate oil spill. Resolved: That the Department of Environmental Protection shall locate a gasoline spill contaminating the private well of Norris and Linda Nickerson of Holden and take all steps to ensure the spill is remediated; and be it further

Sec. 2. Purchase property. Resolved: That, if the contamination of the private well of Norris and Linda Nickerson of Holden is not located and remediated, the State of Maine shall purchase the contaminated property from Norris and Linda Nickerson of Holden.
