Amend the amendment in Part XXXX by inserting after section 46 the following:
‘Sec. XXXX-47. Calculation of reductions. In calculating reductions pursuant to the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 20-A, section 15680, subsection 1, paragraphs A and B and section 15681-A, subsections 2-A and 3-A, the Commissioner of Education may not calculate the reductions based on a school administrative unit’s essential programs and services expenditures but shall instead calculate the reductions based on a school administrative unit's essential programs and services allocations.’
Amend the amendment by relettering or renumbering any nonconsecutive Part letter or section number to read consecutively.
