Resolve, Authorizing Elizabeth O'Connor To Rejoin the Maine State Retirement System

Sec. 1. Maine State Retirement System directed to allow Elizabeth O'Connor to rejoin and purchase service credits. Resolved: That, notwithstanding Public Law 2005, chapter 76, Elizabeth O'Connor is authorized to rejoin the Maine State Retirement System and buy back Maine State Retirement service credits with a waiver of any applicable interest charges from October 2005 to December 2006.
