Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Initiative: Provides ongoing funds to the Maine Community College System’s Maine Quality Centers program to expand the current program to create more new jobs in Maine and to offset fees for incumbent retraining.
