Amend the resolve in section 1 in the last line (page 1, line 14 in L.D.) by inserting after the following: "storage." the following: 'The City of Eastport may not transfer ownership of the property conveyed to it pursuant to this resolve without the consent of the Legislature.'

SUMMARY

This amendment prohibits the City of Eastport from transferring ownership of the property conveyed to it pursuant to this legislation without the consent of the Legislature.
