Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Initiative: Provides one-time funds to Northern Maine Community College to help fund a collaborative allied health center in partnership with the University of Maine at Presque Isle, the State and local health care providers. This funding is to be used primarily to purchase equipment for the center.
