Sec. 1. Review workers' compensation case. Resolved: That the Joint Standing Committee on Labor shall review the case of Joseph Greenier, Workers' Compensation Board case #89021459E. The Joint Standing Committee on Labor shall make recommendations to the Workers' Compensation Board for the resolution of the case.
