Amend the bill by striking out everything after the enacting clause and before the summary and inserting the following:
‘Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §6575-B, sub-§5, as amended by PL 1997, c. 575, §4, is repealed.

This amendment is the minority report and it replaces the bill, which proposed to lift for certain hours the prohibition against using a dip net to catch elvers while standing in the coastal waters of the State. This amendment removes the prohibition entirely.
